Now you can send us your blanks for color finishing service! Minimum runs are based on size of parts and whether one side finishing or front and back finishing is needed. If square inch area is under 3 square inches on 1 side, minimum is 2000 pieces; between 4 and 7 square inches on one side 1500 pieces, between 8-12 square inches; 1000 pieces etc. Our laser engraveable, all weather, indoor/outdoor color finishes are available as follows: Glossy finishes: black, white, blue, red, forest green, purple, brown, gray, neon-pink, neon-orange, neon-yellow, neon-green, gold, silver, desert tan and olive drab. Matte finishes white, black,, red, navy blue, desert tan Transparent finishes: red, blue, black, copper, lime , purple, magenta, gold, silver We can supply our own small, recessed key ring stampings in .032 bright annealed stainless steel , in such shapes as: octagons, rounds, oval barrels, # 1's, hearts, houses, and tear drops. In our flat small stampings: dog tags, T-shirts, 1 1/4" rounds, 1 1/2" rounds, 2" rounds In our flat pet tags: dog bones, hydrants, paws, octagons, triangles, clouds, diamonds, squares, small hearts, small rounds, sleeves plus others. Turn around time is a function of scheduling and if we can piggy back with other runs of the same color we can target 3-4 weeks approx. Every color run requires a full system clean- up to purge and eliminate color contamination from prior color runs which can add 1-2 extra weeks.
